Storage

The period for which we will store personal information is based on our need to fulfil our legitimate business needs, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. This is normally based on the "limitation period"; the period of time that a legal claim can be brought within. For a breach of contract, the limitation period is 6 years, so we may retain your details for up to 7 years after the end of the contract (the extra year is to allow for law allowing a claim to be issued by a court, but not served for several months).
